Positiva tidiga säkerhetsresultat har uppnåtts efter de fyra första patienterna som genomgått transplantation av dopaminproducerande stamceller inom den kliniska studien STEM-PD. STEM-PD-studien undersöker för första gången i människa en ny terapi mot Parkinsons sjukdom.
