Abstract. Two unrelated young males with the unusual simultaneous presence of insulin‐dependent diabetes mellitus, ulcerative colitis and primary sclerosing cholangitis are reported. Both patients manifested homozygosity for the DR3‐DQw2 (DQB*0201) HLA genotypes.
