Närliggande sjukdomar

Artros må vara den vanligaste reumatiska sjukdomen, men det finns en rad andra reumatiska sjukdomar som kan ge liknande symtom. Ökad risk för andra sjukdomar

Artros ökar bland annat risken för hjärt-och kärlsjukdomar, diabetes och depression. Personer som drabbats av artros löper ökad risk för att utveckla andra sjukdomar såsom hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar och diabetes. Min historia: Agneta

Att träna sina artrosdrabbade lederna är A och O Agneta hade länge haft problem med smärta i sitt högra knä men eftersom hon kände att hon fortfarande klarade av vardagen trots smärtorna, tog det lång tid innan hon sökte vård.
