Under hösten kommer jag att fördjupa mig i framtidens ledarskap. Chefer och ledare har redan idag goda möjligheter till utveckling. Samtidigt är jag övertygad om att vi kan vässa oss ytterligare och bli ännu bättre på att rusta dagens och framtidens ledare. Vi gör mycket som är bra på Lunds universitet. Den 30 september beslutade rektor Erik Renström om uppdaterade riktlinjer vid distansarbete för teknisk och administrativ personal. Riktlinjerna trädde i kraft den 1 oktober och ersätter därmed tidigare riktlinjer från 2019. Jag har varit på LERU-möte för att diskutera frågor om utbildningsstrategier, livslångt lärande, erfarenhetsutbyte om pedagogiska förbättringar och utmaningar med interdisciplinära utbildningar.
