Det var en gång ett varumärke

In an increasingly satiated fashion market where products often resemble each other, storytelling has emerged as a key strategy for differentiation, emotional engagement and brand loyalty. This thesis explores how storytelling is used as a strategic tool in brand building within the fashion industry, using the Swedish premium rand ATP Atelier as a case study. Through a qualitative research approac

Enligt OECD:s modellavtal, som ligger till grund för Sveriges dubbelbeskattninForeign companies are subject to tax in Sweden on income attributable to a permanent establishment, as follows from Chapter 6, Section 11, first paragraph, point 1 of the Income Tax Act (inkomstskattelagen) and from the double taxation treaties concluded by Sweden with other states. However, Swedish tax law lacks detailed provisions on how income is to be attributed to a permanent establishment. U

Hur fel får man ha?

Melittin Interactions with Model Membranes : A Molecular Dynamics Study

Antibiotika har länge varit viktiga för att behandla bakteriella infektionAntimicrobial peptides are of interest as potential alternatives to conventional antibiotics. One ex- ample is melittin, a cationic and amphipathic peptide with strong interactions with lipid membranes. This project studies the structure and behavior of melittin in bulk solution and at lipid membranes of different charges using atomistic molecular dynamics simulations and an explicit water model.

From Conditional Integration to Collective Transformation Youth and Future of Belonging in Sweden

As debates about migration increase across Europe, the questions of integration and belonging increase in urgency. This chapter explores the evolving integration landscape in Sweden through the experiences of immigrant youth. It traces the shift from a humanitarian, universalist welfare model to a conditional system where inclusion depends on cultural conformity, economic productivity and individuAs debates about migration increase across Europe, the questions of integration and belonging increase in urgency. Super-resolution time-frequency decomposition with hyperlets for neural spike analysis

Time-frequency decomposition is a well-established method to unmix signals generated by multiple sources with unique characteristics. However, there are cases of high signal complexity where existing time-frequency decomposition tools are insufficient for localizing and representing short-bursting signals. One example is the currently highly popular extracellular low-impedance recordings from mult

Theoretical investigation on enhancing the performance of dye-sensitized solar cells via system co-sensitization and extension of the π-bridge length

System co-sensitization and extension of the π-conjugated system are recognized as two key strategies for improving the performance of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). In this study, density functional theory (DFT) was employed to simulate two experimentally synthesized molecules, RK1 and D205, and to evaluate the performance of their co-sensitization system. Furthermore, molecular design was c

Revealing the Altermagnetism in Hematite via XMCD Imaging and Anomalous Hall Electrical Transport

Altermagnets are a class of magnetic materials that exhibit unconventional transport properties, such as an anomalous Hall effect (AHE), despite having compensated sublattice magnetic moments. In this study, fundamental experimental evidence of the altermagnetic nature of hematite (α-Fe2O3), is reported combining electrical transport with advanced X-ray photoemission electron microscopy (XPEEM) im

Operando and in situ APXPS investigation of the atomic layer deposition of a metal oxide coating on a Ni-rich cathode

The expansion of the electric vehicle industry is driving increased demand for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), which in turn creates challenges in material availability and waste management that more durable LIBs could address. Electrode surface coating helps extend LIB lifespan, with atomic layered deposition (ALD) as the preferred method due to its precise thickness control and ability to coat var

Phyllosphere to soil : How long-term fencing reshapes grassland microbial community construction and the functional genes

Fencing to exclude livestock is one of the effective strategies to passively reshape grassland ecosystem function, yet the dynamics of microbial community construction and their functional traits during restoration remain poorly understood. This study systematically sampled from various microhabitats (phyllosphere, litter, soil) within long-term fenced restoration areas, as well as areas with pers

Exercise pills for cardiometabolic health cannot mimic the exercise milieu

Physical exercise can play an important role both in primary and secondary cardiovascular disease prevention by virtue of its multisystem effects. These beneficial adaptations at the whole-body level include improvements in mitochondrial health, vascular function, and autonomic balance, together with attenuation of inflammation and the release of ‘exerkines’ with pleiotropic effects. Thus, several
