In this paper the immature stages of Brenthia monolychna Meyrick (Choreutidae: Brenthiinae), as well as their ultrastructure, are described and figured. This is the first description of a New World brenthiine, in addition, notes on life history for four New World species of Brenthia Clemens are provided, including mention of their host plants and parasitoids.
