The aim of this study was to investigate the motivational work in needle exchanges. The analysis was based on two theories; a theory of Per Revstedt and the pygmalioneffect. The study is based on qualitative interviews with seven person (six women and one man) who work in needle exchanges. The interviews is later analysed.
