Landskrona kommun vill förbjuda nya köpcentrum i kommunen, för att få stadskärnan att piggna till igen. The article reviews the unsustainable appeasement policy of Europe towards South Caucasus, especially Armenia and Azerbaijan in regard to the unresolved conflict of Nagorno-Karabakh. Unless a policy shift is implemented by all involved parties, a possible re-eruption of the armed conflict, with disastrous consequences, is feared.
