A gas chromatography-negative ion chemical ionization-selected ion monitoring-mass spectrometry (GC-NICI-SIM-MS) method was used to quantitate the metabolite toluene diamine (TDA) in urine samples of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) exposed workers.
