Experimental Observation of Crystal-Liquid Coexistence in Slit-Confined Nonpolar Fluids
Films of carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4 ) confined in slit geometry between two flat diamond substrates down to a few tens of Angstroms are studied by combining X-ray reflectivity with in-plane and out-of-plane X-ray scattering.
