Endobronchial biopsy positive sarcoidosis: relation to bronchoalveolar lavage and course of disease
Sixty-two patients with newly diagnosed sarcoidosis were examined with fibreoptic bronchoscopy, endobronchial biopsies and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) were analysed.
